
I bought some kiwi fruits which weren’t very ripe. They were a bit sour so I decided to blend them into a fruity drink. Add a dollop of vanilla ice cream and kids will love it.
Ingredients
- 5 kiwi fruits
- 1 1/2 cups low fat milk
- 5 tbsps plain low fat yoghurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey (according to taste)
- vanilla ice cream (optional)
Method
- Cut kiwi fruits into half. Using a spoon, scoop flesh from the kiwi fruits.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender except the ice cream. Blend until all is well mixed. If mixture is too thick, add more milk.
- Serve cold/chilled.
Serve 3 glasses
