
Ingredients
- 3 large bananas, mashed (berangan is suitable)
- 9 oz plain flour
- 5 1/2 oz sugar
- 6 oz butter
- 4 tbsp milk
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 level tsp baking powder
- 1 level tsp bicarbonate of soda
- pinch of salt
Method
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in beaten eggs.
- Beat well and then add in milk and mashed banana.
- Mix flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Fold into batter.
- Bake at 325 degrees F
